Manage and oversee day to day operations of the Day program.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls, if needed
- Communicate and implement the organization’s mission, vision and values.
- Make monthly calendars for the program for the members to participate in.
- Communicate with Support Coordinators, family members and community partners when needed.
- Set up, monitor and ensure that activities, both inside and outside of the Day Support, comply with State and Federal regulations and Agency and Program specific policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety compliance for individuals within the Day Support setting and the Direct Support Professionals who work there.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including client and family satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Prepares and submits all required reports, statistics and quality assurance functions to verify program services are in accordance with agency and departmental Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance and HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and structured way of approaching tasks (well organized) to plan ahead and result oriented (proactive).
- Ability to cope with stress and to adhere to deadlines and respect line management.
- Contact for Support Coordinators regarding programming questions, tour referral families and individuals at the Day Programs and making a recommendation of the appropriate program, communication the disposition potential of intakes.
- Continuously analyze program risks and developing corrective plan to avoid potential incidents.
- Make monthly calendars for the program for the members to participate in.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist and manage members GSE and TTE program paperwork and needs in the program.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
