Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Provide guidance on selecting the right insurance plans
- Assist clients with claims processes and policy renewals
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to reach potential clients
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing insurance needs and market trends
- Knowledge of AMS360 and carrier rating/processing systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
