Part Time Receptionist for Veterinary Hospital

Our hospital has 2 full time veterinarians and a dedicated staff who want to change the way clients experience their vet visits

**Requirements**:
- 1+ years experience as a member of a veterinary reception team
- Confident usage of electronic medical-records software
- Cheerful and upbeat demeanor
- Ability to multitask
- Cover Letter and Resume describing your experience**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting clients and patients in the reception area
- Client/Patient check-in procedures
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Process payments
- Effectively communicate with other team members to streamline client/patient visits
- Scanning of paper records into electronic records
- Facilitation of vaccination and laboratory analysis protocol
Hours per week:
- 13 to 27
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13 - 27 per week
