$75,000 - $100,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop Detailed Project Plans**: Create comprehensive project timelines that outline all phases of the remodeling process.
- ** Resource Allocation**: Assign tasks to team members and subcontractors based on their skills and the project requirements.
- ** Set Milestones**: Establish critical milestones to track progress and ensure timely completion of each phase.
- ** Budget Tracking**: Monitor expenditures and ensure they stay within the budget.
- ** Financial Reporting**:Prepare regular job cost reports to keep stakeholders informed about the budget status.
- ** Client Communication**:Maintain regular contact with clients to update them on progress and address any concerns.
- ** Team Coordination**: Facilitate communication among the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- ** Report Generation**: Generate and distribute regular progress reports to all stakeholders.
- ** Standards Compliance**:Ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
- ** Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of work and identify any issues early.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues that arise promptly to avoid delays.
