Grand Rapids Rubber is a 4th Generation company that specialize in custom fabricated products. Currently we are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate. This position plays a key role in shipping/receiving, delivery, and on-site customer service to accomplish operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

- Loads and unload pallets from trucks
- Loads and unloads product onto or from pallets and boxes
- Attaches identifying labels to products
- Operates industrial truck or hi-lo to assist in loading or moving materials and products
- Fills out completion slip after orders are filled
- Provides customer service to Walk-In Customers
- Records delivery transaction on customer receipt
- Records receiving logs for each day
- Verifies quality of product and correct order fulfillment
- Ships small parcel packages using UPS or FedEx
- Ship pallets, LTL, via Priority One
- Utilizes internal ERP software system to receive product, label, ship or store
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
