Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

- 1. Responsible for successful development and execution of top-down and bottom-up merchandise financial plans that support company objectives and goals. This includes pre-season planning and in-season Open-to-Buy management.
- 2. React quickly to trends, whereby today’s learnings impact future strategic plans and current strategy changes are clearly communicated and actioned
- 3. Present plans and strategies to business leaders including inventory investments, sales and margin impacts
- 4. Work effectively with cross functional partners to drive results

We’d love to hear from people with
- 2-4 years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying or finance in a retail environment
- Proven track record of analyzing and delivering financial results
- Ability to move quickly and smoothly building and navigating complex excel documents

$80,000 - $85,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
