We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager with exceptional multitasking abilities and strong computer skills to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client projects, ensuring their smooth execution and satisfaction. In this customer-facing role, you will provide client services by actively communicating with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & clients to gather project requirements and define project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collect and analyze project data to measure performance against established metrics.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in client services, showcasing successful project completions and client satisfaction.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software, MS Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to make quick decisions and find solutions to complex challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time and priorities.
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering outstanding client services at all times.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
