**Requirements**:

- Illinois license to practice as a RN
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; hospital and nursing home experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Verification of current auto insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of initiative and urgency in addressing patient crises
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to perform duties

**Essential Functions**:
As a **Registered Nurse** you will be responsible for electronic charting, visit multiple patients' homes each day and provide a full range of personalized, acute care, which may include instruction on chronic disease management, medication, and pain management, wound care, IV infusion, and post-operative instruction. You will work with patients to provide the tools they need to ensure their own recovery. Seeing the end results of their recovery is just one of the many rewards of the position

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
