Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Front Desk staff are responsible for maintaining a high quality of service to all guests, and potential guests through many experiences such as check-in/ check-out, taking phone calls, making reservations, billing, accommodating customer needs and requests, as well as working closely with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure all guests experience an enjoyable stay.
All applicants must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week and have flexibilty to work weekends, holidays and evenings. (3pm to 10pm)
- experience working in customer service setting required.
- experience working in hotel/hospitality setting preffered.
- proficient computer skills required.
- strong organizational skills and multi tasking abilities.
- applicant must be friendly and enjoy working with people in a busy environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
