**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable handyman to join our team. Reporting to our team lead, the successful applicant will be responsible for interior and exterior repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects in our properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct walk-through assessments and develop detailed cost estimates.
- Handle general maintenance tasks and routine landscaping.
- Perform light repairs and maintenance.
- Paint and seal gaps on various surfaces, such as walls and sidewalks.
- Undertake minor installations or carpentry tasks, such as building cabinets.
- Repair equipment and appliances.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs.
- Organize, gather, and transport tools and supplies to job sites.
- Implement cost-saving measures for equipment and supplies.
- Execute assigned duties or emergency tasks
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a handyman.
- Familiarity with using hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Competent in basic math.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of experience in a handyman role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
