**Autoland LLC** is actively seeking an **Accounting Generalist** to join the team in **Chatsworth, CA**.

**Reports to**:Director of Accounting

**Hours/Schedule**:Part-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 2:00PM

**Work environment**: Onsite / In-office

**What we Offer**:

- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate on experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management._
- **Accounts Payable**_
- Receives, reviews and processes purchase orders, bills, and payments.
- Resolves bill discrepancies with vendors and other parties.
- Reviews, ensures approval, and posts corporate credit card, mileage and expense report charges.
- Communicates with vendors and employees in the review, processing and reconciliation of payable transactions and reports.
- **Product Accounting**_
- Generates and reconciles reports to pay all product vendors in a timely manner.
- Reviews product related payables and works with product administrator to resolves any aged balances on monthly basis.
- Processes product cancellations including refund checks from the administrator and customer refunds.
- **General Accounting**_
- Assists with journal entries making sure accounts have accurate balances.
- Supports inquiries from other departments regarding purchase orders, expense, and payments.
- Assists with sales tax and business tax return filings.
- Handles all promotional gift card program requests and maintains accurate usage and inventory data.
- Compiles and reviews financial information to assist in business analysis.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Functional Knowledge of NetSuite or comparable ERP, a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 29 per week
