SP Cleaning Services, in Somersworth NH has immediate openings for Apartment Turn Leads and Commercial Cleaners. We are a friendly, family-oriented business serving the Seacoast area since 2002. We are looking for dependable and dedicated workers.

All successful applicants must be able to work within a group, as well as independently.
- **Responsibilities For Apartment Turn Leads include**:_
- Driving a company work van to and from job sites - MUST have a clean driving record and valid license
- Maintaining accurate daily paperwork
- Clean empty apartment turn-overs for new tenants
- Follow SP Cleaning Services cleaning routines
- Inspecting each Apartment for cleaning quality
- Training other employees in Apartment turns
- Maintain a cooperative and healthy work environment for all
- Help out with Common Area cleanings and business cleanings, when Turns are unavailable
- Report maintenance issues to Management
- **Responsibilities For General Commercial Cleaner/ Custodian **:_
- ** NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY FOR THIS ROLE: although helpful_
- WE DO ALL IN- HOUSE, ON THE JOB TRAINING**_
- Cleaning and Maintaining cleanliness of Common Areas in Residential and Commercial buildings
- Cleaning and sanitizing of Entryways, bathrooms, hallways, staircases and Residential amenities; such as Gym's, clubhouses and laundry rooms
- Follow day specific checklists provided, and sign off on completion
- Stock and Restock all bathroom dispensers, supply closets and Company work vans
- Required to follow SP Cleaning Services cleaning routines and expectations
- Cleaning within a Business - common areas, kitchenettes and trash
- Maintain a cooperative and healthy work environment for all
- Help with Apartment Turn cleanings - as needed
- Report any Maintenance issues to Management

**Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to approximately 4:15 PM**

No evenings or weekend work

Company vans provided

Company shirts provided

Paid weekly

Paid Holidays

Vacation and sick time after 6 months of employment
