Summary:
This role “knows & breathes” all things Praxis:

- Advocacy across IT organization
- Single point of contact for Architecture, Security, and Platforms
- Accountability for engineering velocity
- Technical resource allocation
- Key role in business decisions, problems/solutions
- Vendor Selection and oversight responsibilities
- Hiring and managing GCC resources
- Experienced in buy, build, license
- Delivers fast, scrappy (builds more with less)
- Mentor and coach for ICs
- Colleagues are excited to partner together
- History of scale and success

**Responsibilities**:
Technical Acumen

Demonstrate the functional and technical knowledge and expertise of a specific domain and execute the responsibilities of a role associated with that domain.
- Execute the responsibilities of a director, including administrative work to effectively manage the team. Challenge the work being done in the group, as appropriate.
- Lead, motivate, and set a vision for the teams.
