Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
Our Professional Healthcare Company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 2 years
**Hours**: 9:00am to 11:30am
**Days**:Monday-Wednesday-Friday
Call Center experience or Marketing Experience or B-2-B Experience /skills are needed.
You will be interacting with existing and potential customers, making warm outbound calls, developing leads, identifying new accounts and initiating relationships with social service organizations.
The ideal person for this position is energetic, has a professional demeanor, hard-working, motivated and detail
- orientated. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has good people-skills and can work independently.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal skills. Job entails connecting with people on the phone, by letter and in person.
- Experience in marketing or sales. Preferably someone with a Medical Background.
- Good character, punctual, reliable and flexible
- Energetic, team-player, detail orientated person
- Strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Good internet research skills
