**Job Overview**:
Milestone Technologies is currently hiring for a Supply Chain Security Infrastructure Lead to work Remotely in California, USA.

**How You Will Make an Impact**:

- Management of team leads and coordinators in executing daily operational support plans
- Position will support the cross functional needs of the Strategic Product Solutions team, supporting Supply Chain Security programs for global confidential projects
- Position will design and architect solutions for highly complex problems, ensuring product movement remains secure and
- Confidential during all stages of product development
- Assists in supporting processes/procedures and ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to with all Supply Chain security programs with internal and external business partners and vendors
- Supports the partnerships with internal and external management staff from the client's business teams, Logistics teams, Trade Ops, Legal, Risk Management, Customer Service, Freight Forwarders and other 3PLs
- Reviews active tracking for logistics and security movements within global supply chain and provides data and feedback as requested
- The position will work with external service providers and vendors to support compliance programs and ensure contractual security requirements are followed
- Acts as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional projects
- Evaluates project status and resource utilization; implements changes as needed; reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
- Create project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders
- Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assists with the determination of requirements, priorities, and monitoring of progress
- Leads daily operations and directs the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent, and uniformed global program.
- Work directly with client to develop strategies, programs, systems, and tools that enhances the approach in keeping employees safe and secure

- Experience with project management is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Survey and provide thoughtful solutions to the NORAM Product Security Manager.

**Compensation**:
Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $100,000/Yr. - USD $110,000/Yr. and is an Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
