**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing insights to management.

**Month-end and Year-end Close**: Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.

**Internal Controls**: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Audit Support**: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and support as required.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting department, implementing best practices where applicable.

**Tax Compliance**: Work closely with the tax department to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns.

**Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting as needed.

**Adherence to Policies and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations, staying updated on changes that may impact the organization.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

10. Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
