Marc Rutenberg Homes, a long time developer/builder of fine custom homes, is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager to manage multiple residential construction projects from beginning to end. Our work is primarily located in north Pinellas County, and largely committed to our two new communities, the Wilds and Turtle Beach.

Construction Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Provide detailed and accurate bill of materials calculations
- Engage, negotiate and recommend business contracting decisions
- Build and maintain detailed job records for required weekly reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Build and maintain effective communications with all Clients, subcontractor, suppliers, and regulators.

Construction Manager Qualifications:

- BS/BA 4 year degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field
- 6 years of direct residential custom home construction management experience
- Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Expertise with Co-Construct project management software, or similar management software
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
- Local knowledge of sub-contractors and suppliers
