Bilingual Csr/sales

**GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION**:
Merry Maids of Levittown is looking for an energetic customer service and sales representative, who has a passion for interactions with clients as well as staff members. The primary responsibility is to manage incoming leads (soft sales).

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage incoming sales leads and follow up with pending leads
- Manage incoming calls and maintain accurate data in systems
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with staff and client accounts
- Respond to immediate questions, requests, concerns and needs from clients and staff members
- Performs other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested
- Assist with the coordination of the daily scheduling

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Fully fluent in speaking/writing in English and Spanish
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- High energy and ability to multitask
- Excellent listening skills, empathy and a high level of customer service orientation
- Computer literacy and proficiency in: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of professionalism
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

**SCREENING REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to pass motor vehicle record check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to pass background check

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ year of sales/inside sales experience

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part Time

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year with growth opportunities
