The primary responsibilities of the Receiving Associate position are to maintain outstanding customer service,
generate sales, merchandise product, and support the store management team.

**Responsibilities**:
Unload trucks
Sort products
Stock products on shelves
Ensure aisles are neat and area is clean
Greet customers and answer their questions
Process go-backs (stocking returned products back to shelf)
Assist in departmental resets
Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked
Use Point-of-Sale interface to lookup, identify and locate products
Actively participate in daily huddle meetings
Responsive of safety issues
Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management

Physical Requirements

**The minimum physical requirements for this position include**:
Must be able to lift 40-60lbs pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders.
Ability to stand for an extended period.
Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting.
