Apartment Maintenance Technician

**Title: Maintenance Technician Wanted**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. This includes performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and addressing resident maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed
- Complete work orders in a timely manner to meet resident needs
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
- Assist with groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas
- Communicate effectively with residents and property management team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
