**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**: Review customer orders and retrieve products from inventory shelves or storage locations. Ensure that the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
**Quality Control**: Inspect products for any defects or damage before packing them for shipment. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
**Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts and updates. Alert the supervisor to any shortages or discrepancies in inventory levels.
**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Handle products and equipment safely to prevent accidents or injuries.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse team members to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
