Language Arts Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards
- Teach students various aspects of language arts including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their assignments
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods
- Conduct research to enhance teaching materials and methods
- Collaborate with colleagues on educational initiatives
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Teaching certification in Language Arts or English
- Proven experience as a Language Arts Teacher or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Familiarity with education administration and classroom management techniques
- Proficiency in copy editing and knowledge of writing style guidelines
- Passion for literature and language arts education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $57,393.00 per year
