**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in ELA and Geography aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure academic success.
- Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Serve as a homeroom teacher, overseeing the academic and social development of assigned students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
- Embody and promote the values of our faith-based community.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level.
- Proficiency in English Language Arts and Geography curriculum development and instruction.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a supportive school community.
- Commitment to integrating faith-based principles into teaching practices and fostering spiritual growth.
