We are currently seeking to add a _Channel Letter/ Architectural Sign Fabricator_ to our team.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Fabricate various signage including channel letters, monument and cabinet signs, illuminated signage, etc.
- Be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of working without direct supervision.
- Must be thorough and accurate with strong attention to details.
- Ability to work individually and as a team member.
- Must have a high level of quality and care in their work.
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
- Maintain, clean, and organize materials and yard storage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years channel letter fabrication.
- Experience with MIG welding procedures.
- Metal signage fabrication experience (including aluminum and steel).
- Experience with basic electrical LED wiring.
- Experience with saws, brakes, and other metal fabricating equipment.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

**Bonus skills and experience**:
Knowledge of Sign Industry manufacturing standards a plus.

Forklift Certification a plus.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to follow oral & written directions.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
OT and weekends may be required.

Must obtain own tools.

This position is an Evaluation Hire.

This is a full time, in-house position Monday - Thursday (10-hour shift) and is benefits eligible after a 90-day period.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
