Intake and Recruiting Specialist for PRIDE Adult Day Program & Behavior Respite Services

We are seeking a multi-tasking, organized, reliable Intake & Recruiting Specialist to join our team Advancement for Behavioral & Educational Development & Intervention (ABEDI Inc).) is an established leader Employment and Community Adult Day Services (PRIDE) and in-home Respite care for children and adults with developmental disabilities in Orange County.

**CLIENT INTAKE**
- **Receive and review referral packets for potential PRIDE participants**:

- Read and screen referral packets for entry criteria
- Submit Vendor Response Forms to Service Coordinators
- **Attend meet and greet meetings with prospective PRIDE participants**
- **Coordinate Intake Meetings (Case Start-Up) with Manager of PRIDE & BRS**

** Assist PRIDE & BRS management in creating and maintaining new client files (face sheet, service agreement, intake packet, IPP, CDER, etc.)**

** Maintain HIPAA, adhere to ABEDI Inc. policies and procedures**

** Provide coverage to Day Program/BRS clients/groups when substitute coverage is needed**.

**STAFF RECRUITING & SUPERVISION**

** Manage ABEDI Inc. PRIDE & BRS recruiting ads on Indeed or other recruiting sites/platforms (may include attending career fairs)**

** Oversight of cases**:

- Reviewing staff data & forms for completion (e.g. mileage, etc.)
- Correspondence with families (e.g. monthly calendars & program updates)

** Provide direction & support to mentors by directing staff to the appropriate ABEDI personnel (e.g., Management, HR, etc.)**

** Conduct quality assurance spot checks; ensure QA and spot checks have scores of at least 85%**

** Works with scheduler to maintain & update PRIDE mentor(s) NPA schedules**

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
