Simulated Sno Technician

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Takes orders and serves beverages promptly and courteously
- Operates the complete register system and other required software
- Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma, high school equivalency diploma, or school enrollment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) as needed
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
