**Join Our Team as a Window Covering Sales Consultant**

Are you an expert in the niche of window treatment design, ready to elevate your career to new heights? Join us as a Window Covering Sales Consultant, where you'll have the chance to create bespoke window treatment designs for the most opulent homes, including those valued at $10 million dollars, and cater to high-end clientele in San Jose and the Bay Area

**The Offer**:

- Competitive base salary, negotiable with experience between $65-70k, PLUS commission for
- True first year earning potential $95-120k in the first year

**A Day in the Life**:

- Showcase your expertise to create quotes and present clients with diverse options.
- Follow-up throughout the process, ensuring an extraordinary experience for clientele.
- Build a thriving book of repeat/referral business, leveraging your experience to foster a legendary book of business.

**Qualifications**:

- +2 years of hands-on experience working with window treatments (REQUIRED).
- Exceptional understanding of measuring and proficient use of measuring tools.
- Outstanding people skills, effortlessly connecting with customers.
- Driven, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid CA Driver's License.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
