Answer telephones, take accurate. messages, and screen and direct telephone calls for the radiologists in a professional manner.

Initiate and receive all telephone calls and report transmissions from clientele.

Provide excellent customer service to clientele at all times.

Ready patient studies for interpretation in Exam Manager, a proprietary software package.

Before cases are ready to be read by the radiologist, ensure all images have arrived, and have been sent to our routing system. through system software.

Retrieve all recent related prior images & reports.

Attach any faxes that have arrived to the correct study case, patient, and hospital.

Utilize software programs efficiently and trouble shoot computers with aide of IT when needed.

Other projects and duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements and Skills**:
Must be able to work independently at night (and some weekends)

Provide administrative and organizational support to the radiologists and clients.

Must be computer literate in multiple disciplines and able to learn proprietary software.

Excellent Interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills required.

Must be able to multi-task, pay strict attention to detail, and prioritize responsibilities.

Work in a professional manner to maintain and build customer relations.
