**Commercial Real Estate Agent**

Project Queens is a leading commercial real estate firm specializing in the art and science of commercial leasing. Our team provides clients with exceptional local market intelligence and innovative approaches to the commercial leasing process.

Reporting to the executive team, the sales associate will work on multiple properties in the Project Queens listing portfolio and with national/local businesses. Your work will impact the local community, drive new business, and help us scale. We’re looking for someone reliable, scrappy, and tech-savvy who can quickly add value to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work diligently and independently with our in-house project management software.
- Make and honor timely appointments with prospective clients to property sites to facilitate leasing transactions.
- Gathers necessary information such as photos to prepare marketing materials.
- Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional Project Queens’ services to the current client base.
- Provides tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and pricing.
- Compiles commercial real estate data for clients, such as tenant surveys, maps, and financial info.
- Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
- Assists attorneys in preparing real estate contracts such as leases.
- Participates in due diligence and contract negotiations.
- Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
- Drafts professional correspondence to existing and prospective clients.
- Engages in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Can work within our in-house work management software.
- Make decisions with an understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and ratios.
- Able to communicate effectively/professionally both with clients and within the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
