**Our Company is seeking a Die Cutter Operator to work 3rd shift (10pm-6am). The purpose of this job is to perform manual and machine operator tasks related to the set-up, maintenance, and operations of the Bobst Die Cutter. Responsible for the safety if the crew, quantitative, and qualitative die cutter performance.**
**Job Duties**:

- In depth knowledge of mechanics and capabilities of die cutting press
- Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
- Requires experience running, troubleshooting and quality control.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Understand technical written (and verbal) instructions, setup the die cutter and carry out instructions.
- Strong math and computer skills required.

**Additional Job Duties**:

- Responsible for set up and operation of Bobst die cut equipment to accurately product to customer specifications.
- Maintains general knowledge and understanding of die cutting processes and equipment.
- Follows all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job and position.
- Performs routine adjustments during the press run and maintains production throughout the run.
- Ensure information is communicated between shifts.
- Performs all assigned work effectively and on schedule.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
- Ensure company safety quality and production standards are met.
- Ability to stand eight plus hours per day.
- Ability to work overtime.

**Education**
High School Diploma/GED is a requirement.

**Physical**
- Occasional bending, reaching, twisting and stooping
- Ability to stand 8 to 12 hours.
- May be exposed to hot/humid and/or duty work environment.
- May be exposed to controlled non-toxic chemical mists or vapors.
