- **This position will be headquartered in our SPA 4 office but will need to serve clients at both our SPA 4 and 6 locations as needed (DTLA and Lynwood, respectively)**_

**ABOUT WRAPAROUND**:
WRAPAROUND offers child-focused, family-centered mental health services based on strength and needs. There are 10 principals to the WRAPAROUND programs: Family Voice and Choice, Team Based, Natural Supports, Collaboration, Community Based, Culturally Competent, Individualized Strength based, Persistence, and Outcome Based. Our WRAPAROUND team works with our Parent Partners, Child and Family Specialist, and Facilitator creating goals for clients. Together we create strategies to support families and track progress, supporting clients, 24/7.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
The Facilitator collaborates with and supports the Wrap Program Manager in monitoring the progress of cases and staffing challenges. The Facilitator demonstrates professional leadership, representing Amanecer to DMH WRAP Liaison and collaborating to problem-solve obstacles/barriers presented by clients during treatment. The Facilitator is responsible for coordinating the activities of the child and family team and the development and implementation of individualized child and family team plans. They are active in outreach and engagement to informal supports.

**MUST HAVE MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum AA degree in social services or a related field required.

2. Bilingual Spanish speaking required.

3. CA Driver License required.
- AA degree in social services or a related field = 3 or more years’ experience; _**OR**_
- BA/BS degree in social services or a related field = 2 or more years’ experience

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong organizational and planning skills.

3. Successfully navigates stressful situations during meetings.

4. Ability to coordinate meetings and engage potential clients being referred to program.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.

6. Experience working with multiethnic/cultural clients and communities.

7. Proficiency at computer required.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
