Blending Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team in the food industry. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our food processing equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of food safety, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Operate and monitor food processing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols
- Follow recipes and instructions to prepare food products
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate production records and reports

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a food-related role, such as restaurant or food preparation
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Familiarity with food handling and processing regulations
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp-to-hire, Temporary

Pay: $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
