**Job Summary**:
Raytheon is seeking a Production Program Manager (PM), Associate Director for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile portfolio. Reporting to the Tomahawk Production Director, the Production Program Manager will manage the execution of all contracts which support new build weapon deliveries.

The Production PM will be part of the leadership team responsible for leading the team that achieves the highest combined production and recertification rates in the history of the program. The quickly expanding customer base, both DoD and FMS, and the timing of the fielded Blk IV weapon’s 15-year recert cycle, is driving a factory capacity ramp that will nearly triple the current throughput expectation of the Tomahawk factories. The leader of Tomahawk production new builds will lead as part of a program strategy that divides the production and recertification efforts between two Associate Directors who will partner effectively to achieve individual contract success, and Tomahawk program success, while managing shared factory resources and leveraging procurement synergies. This position requires proficiency in leading dynamic production problem solving, cross functional teams, managing a high visibility effort, driving communication of project goals/objectives/decisions and results to team, customers, and leadership.

This is an onsite position in Tucson, Arizona at our Rita Rd facility.

**Responsibilities to Anticipate**:

- Accountability for profit and loss, AOP and financial metrics for Tomahawk production new build contracts
- Daily oversight of production or similar efforts
- Deploying and maintaining a clear program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status
- Driving the expectation of maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of team leaders within the production leadership team
- Partnering with the Recertification Program Manager to leverage shared factory resources
- Executing capacity increase efforts currently being identified and proposed
- Leading an established recovery effort to restore on-time production new build contract deliveries
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with customer counterparts
- Leading proposal strategies for follow-on work and establishing investment strategies
- Deploying execution plans to add new FMS customers
- Communicating with supplier leadership and internal supply chain stakeholders to drive execution corrective actions
- Ability to travel domestically as needed

**Basic Qualifications**:

- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
- Prior People Leader/Management Experience
- Experience with Profit & Loss
- DoD Contract Program Experience
- Prior project/program experience
- Experience in managing, tracking, and reporting metrics and progress through EAC reviews and periodic management reviews with internal and customer leadership
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
