**Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00**

To provide the most professional service available to the guest through good, prompt, and courteous service. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

- Greet and welcome guest with a warm and welcoming manner, introducing yourself and offering a beverage.
- Always maintain a professional presence in all areas of the marketplace.
- Provide excellent customer service through accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Provide quality coffee beverages consistently for customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Insure all items in the market place are fresh, up-to-date, and look appealing.
- Politely manage the waiting line in an effective and efficient way.
- Maintain a cheerful, positive attitude and appropriate conduct with both guests and teammates at all times.
- Update job knowledge by participating in learning courses from Pyramid Hotel Group and Hilton.
- Ability to multi-task with the needs of the business and anticipate customer and marketplace needs by constantly evaluating environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Exhibit a pleasant, attentive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Anything additional requested by management.

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $16.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
