**Main Purpose**:
**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Scope jobs and develop quotations in conjunction with Third Party Vendors and Direct Customers when technical sales opportunities exist
- Develop strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for Tradebe’s lab pack business line.
- Work in conjunction with the Regional Sales and Operations personnel to develop and execute sustainable business plans for potential customers.
- Ability to determine the adequacy of present levels of service for current and prospective customers and recommend service adjustments or corrective action during customer service calls
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to provide technical expertise on how the job should be executed
- Generate new business by aggressively prospecting within assigned territory/region
- Develop work order information for jobs sold and clearly communicate job needs to the Operations Manager or Operations Management team
- Follow through on all quotations until won or lost, and complete waste material profile sheets as needed.
- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Biology is preferred
- One or more years of lab packing experience is required, and applicants with industry experience are strongly preferred
- A working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement, and market penetration
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiating skills
- Must have the ability to wear a full-face respirator at any time.
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to reliably commute to potential customer sites as needed
