DISHWASHER 6:00am - 2:00pm

Job Duties
- Clock in, put on hair net and wash hands.
- Prepare hall carts with juices, coffee, coffee cups, milk glasses, condiments, and juice glasses on top of cart.
- Prepare large cart for dining room with orange, cranberry, prune, and apple juices (See clip board for list of numbers).
- Put milk glasses and coffee cups on cart for dining room.
- Make sure coffee is made for dinging room.
- At 6:30 a.m. start setting up dining room
- When residents are in dining room, go out and pour coffee.
- Return to kitchen and help cook, serve breakfast.
- While cook is serving out second service, get things ready to go out and clean off tables so second service can be fed.
- Start cleaning dishes and hall carts. Make sure all hall carts are wiped down before returning to kitchen area.
- Make sure tables are washed and wiped down after each meal service.
- When dishes are done, clean dish room and take out trash and let water out of dish machine.
- Roll silverware.
- Take a break
- Come back and set up all hall carts for lunch with bread, desserts, oleo and condiments.
- Put silverware on top of carts in white lids.
- Set up dining room
- Start cleaning tables and wash dishes and hall carts. After dishes are don, clean dish room.
- Take out trash, sweep, and mop.
