- We have a very large Team program with about 125 gymnastics girls competing the past couple years and usually between 15-30 T&T athletes competing._
We compete in both USAG and AAU for Gymnastics and both USAG and USTA for T&T.
Reports to: Team Director
Job type: part time
Hours: depending on the position, can be as little as 2 days per week or up to 6 days per week.
**Benefits Overview**
- Hourly rate depending on experience and position.
- Approximately Four weeks of unpaid vacation: Spring Break, Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, New Years break - also may include some major holidays

- Reflex Gymnastics does carry Workers Compensation as required by law

**Responsibilities Overview**
- You must be organized, efficient, positive, diplomatic, and a team player.
- Attend staff meetings
- Must learn the competition rules for the levels you will be coaching
- Attending competitions on some weekends and possibly out of State during competition season
- May be required to work at both Lake Nona and Azalea Park locations
