This position is designed to accelerate the professional development of its incumbent through high-level exposure to senior leaders, customers, suppliers, and program issues spanning across Global Sustainment as well as high visibility projects that create meaningful impact to the business. You will work closely with teammates under the guidance and training from staff-level Program Integrators to develop meaningful and robust Project Management skills

Program Integration is assigned responsibility, authority, and accountability for process documentation and guidance, execution of contractual obligations in the case of I&D Repair Manuals, and support of other Global Sustainment initiatives.

This position requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. This position reports directly to 53K Supportability I&D Program Integration Manager.
- Establish positive relationships with various customers, teammates, and subcontractors
- Engage in creative problem solving to resolve issues while remaining within contractual obligations
- Act in a professional manner that facilitates getting results, while building and maintaining an effective IPT
- Work alongside & collaborate with multiple IPTs including Technical Publications, Engineering, LSA, Programs, Provisioning, and Supply Chain staff for program execution
- Support proposal & execution activities, including proposal development, supplier negotiations, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract while creating and adhering to supplier supplemental milestone charts
- Serve as a co-host for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Source Data reviews, Integrated Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Reviews, and Validations in accordance with established process

- Ability to manage multiple tasks of varied size and scope independently
- Strong verbal and written communications skills for coordinating with IPT on schedules, project status and issues as they occur
- Thorough understanding of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

**Desired Skills**:

- Background in program finance/planning
- Experience with Baseline Management
- Full Criteria Earned Value Management System Metrics
- Working knowledge of Risk Assessment, Early Intervention and Mitigation
- Ability to drive issues to resolution
- Ability to travel in/out-of-state and potentially internationally to supplier sites, customer sites and occasional travel for team meetings will be required

**Ability to Work Remotely**:Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

**Work Schedules**:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

**Schedule for this Position**:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
