**Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an Individual who lives in Somerset, NJ**

Somerset: Seeking dynamic, innovative Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help adult carve out a meaningful home and community life. Duties include assisting individual to improve existing daily living and home responsibilities skills. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will also assist adult to explore interests and identify either employment and/or volunteer opportunities in the community. Great position for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with job development related skills. An ability to develop trusting relationship also critical. $25/hr. Must have reliable car, be willing to drive individual, and have a good driving record.

**Benefits**:

- A 401K is a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

**Qualifications**:

Must be 18 years old or older

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

Must have a car

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
