Csr/dispatcher

Job Summary:
We are a growing HVAC & Plumbing company seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. The Customer Service Dispatcher will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring efficient management of the daily schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and schedule appointment requests from customers for Service & Sales calls
- Dispatch technicians to jobs in a timely & efficient manner
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments
- Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician availability

**Experience**:

- Experience with scheduling required
- Experience in customer service in the HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical trades preferred
- Ability to work accurately and quickly
- Experience with Payzerware is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
