Launch Program Manager, Amazon Autos

Exciting opportunity to lead the rollout, execution and facilitation of new features and capabilities. You will help us drive the "real world validation" and delight for Amazon Autos by working with program owners, beta participants, and product and engineering teams to prepare new customer experiences. You'll support data management, lead communications and partner with beta participants to keep engagement high and feedback flowing. Cross-team coordination, and understanding of project management concepts are essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute programs to validate the customer experience in real-world environments prior to release.
- Gather customer feedback through various mechanisms. Aggregates data to identify themes across all reporting channels.
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms for customer insights, issues and key performance metrics.
- Manage participant recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor and sustain active cohorts throughout the program.
- Partner with tech teams to develop automation for data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Manage issue triage process for customer-facing issues.
- Create and distributes program communications.
- Coordinate with partner teams to develop programmatic solutions for data aggregation and reporting.
- Develop standard operating procedures to create repeatable processes.
