**Requirements**:

- HS diploma required
- Hunter mentality with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields desirable
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early morning, night and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift, push or pull over 45 lbs

**Key Activities/Responsibilities**
- Drive sales through engaging customers
- Use Namco’s core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers’ expectations
- Assist in the training of our seasonal sales personnel and help inspire them to create a fun and respectful environment
- Ensure proper resolution on all customer complaints and other opportunities
- Other Duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
