**Job Title: Excavator Driver**

**Location**: Northwest, IN

**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm CST

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities include performing all tasks safely, understanding and following safety procedures, operating equipment properly and safely, and complying with all quality policies and regulations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to understand and communicate work instructions in English, and proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Additionally, they should be able to work in a non-air conditioned facility, in a high noise level environment, and correctly wear personal protective gear.
- Standing for 8 hours may be required, and proficiency in operating iPad/tablet technology as well as basic computer/technical skills are necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership abilities and self-efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- GED diploma or technician degree.
- Experience in machine operation and pool service.
- Ability to lift more than 50lbs.
- Comfortable with the STAR interview methodology.

- Skid Steer loader driver: 1 year (required)
