**You Possess **GOOD PC SKILLS (MS Word, Excel and data base mgmt.) Above average communication skills (verbal, written and telephone). A PROFESSIONAL attitude and appearance and VERY GOOD INTERPERSONAL skills to assist customers with challenging situations.
