Field Foreman

Field Foreman Job Description
- Frame Installation
- Schedule and coordinate with project managers to schedule efficient frame installation
- Receive and coordinate deliveries with shop foreman and project managers
- Install curtain wall and storefront framing per project manager’s direction
- Determine installation of framing and glass within confines of the project
- Install doors and door hardware when required
- Make day to day decisions on project for most efficient outcomes
- Read and understand architectural and shop drawings
- Maintain daily log to be submitted weekly to project managers
- Coordinate daily part needs with shop foreman
- Measure, level, and install framing per project manager’s direction
- Discuss issues daily with project managers
- Install break metal when required
- Caulk framing when required
- Coordinate with general and sub-contractors when required per project manager’s direction
- Keep professional relationships with project managers and general contractors
- Maintenance
- Maintain general vehicle cleanliness
- Coordinate with vehicle manager and vehicle specialist to schedule repairs or maintenance
- Maintain standard truck inventory (screws, rubber, caulking, etc.)
- OSHA and Lift Certification
- Deliver to projects when required
- Understand project labor goals and requirements
- Maintain safety requirements in field
- Fill out timecards weekly based on daily work

Pay: From $22.80 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
