**The Role**

The CREW REP is the first face our customers are greeted by when they approach to make their orders at FUZZIES Burgers' Oriole Park at Camden Yards (OPCY) location. Our reps are responsible for the smooth operation of front-of-house duties and guest experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
- Reports directly to the F.O.H. Manager._

**Some Responsibilities**
- Welcoming customers to the FUZZIES Burgers experience in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers placing orders using our self-service kiosks, answering menu questions, etc.
- Checking IDs and monitoring alcohol sales.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the stall.
- Completing checklists to ensure compliance with stadium protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations during peak hours.

**The Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 1-year of experience in a customer service and/or food-service roll
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon our staffing needs which revolve around the Baltimore Orioles MLB schedule
- Reliable transportation is a MUST
- Strong customer service and communication skills - maintaining positive attitude, professional composure, keeping emotions in check, and avoiding aggressive behavior even in difficult situations
- Responsible work ethic - this role requires being punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and thorough in completing all work obligations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Ability to talk and hear directions in a loud environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new point-of-sale and HR technologies
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong sense of personal hygiene

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 29 per week
