Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Business Analyst to join our Control Services team in the Global Core Operations (GCO) department.

**A role you will love**

The Business Analyst role is responsible for the day to day delivery of high quality customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners such as our Banking Partners as well as shareholders and employee share participants, ensuring that the day to day resolution of queries are responded to accurately and within agreed timeframes. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Front Office, Product, Risk, Compliance and Control Services employees as well as other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all activities are actioned and reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines and service delivery levels.

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Computershare’s vendor banks as well as internal and external stakeholders for Foreign Currency (FX) rate inquiries, and FX Rate Investigations. Communicate with internal stakeholders and update our operating systems as needed.
- Assist, develop and update our Operational Risk Registers, RCSA and pRCSA workbooks, process mapping, Risk Assessments and Loss Events for all of Control Services.
- As an SME of various components of outgoing and incoming dollar transmissions to our banking partners, provide the needed operational support and troubleshooting.
- Liaison within Control Services, other units within GCO, Issuer Services, Product and Technology Services through the various development phases including the initial submission of Azure Development requests to reduce costs, enhance revenue, maximize efficiencies and increase client and shareholder satisfaction.
- Perform various tasks related to Wire Reject Security Review and Authentications, Wire Reject Security Review Escalations and Payment Approvals. Complete data gathering, compile and submit monthly and periodic reports including self-audits.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Minimum of 3 years of financial industry experience, including some banking experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar business analyst role.
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
