Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at Food Sales East. The Human Resources Administrative Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee benefits, handling employee relations inquiries, and providing general administrative support to the HR department. The role is based out of the Southeast US, with expectations to work in a hybrid manner from an existing FSE office (Birmingham (AL), Orlando (FL), Deerfield Beach (FL), Atlanta (GA), Charlotte (NC), Knoxville (TN), Nashville (TN), Memphis (TN))

**Qualifications**:

- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in employee relations
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly encouraged
