**Indiana's premiere contract guard service is looking for Full/Part-time Gate Attendant Guards at our Schererville/Merrillville Menards locations.**

**Now Hiring**:
**Open shift 6am-2pm**

**Closing shift 2pm
- 10pm**

**As a Gate Attendant at Menards, our job is to make sure the guests are leaving with the correct lumber/building materials.**

**Gate Attendants**:
**Upon entering the lumberyard, the guest will give you their picking ticket. We scan the picking ticket in, direct them into the location to pick up their product. When they leave, they will check back out with you. We scan the ticket out and just count their product when they leave just to make sure they have everything.**

**Lumber knowledge is helpful**

**Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle**

**Building material knowledge is helpful. (Example
- understands what a 2x4 board is, drywall, plywood, insulation, how to read a tape measure etc.)**

**Weekend availability**

**Compensation will be $17.50-18:00/hr**

**Guard shack has air conditioning/heat**
