As an Industrial Maintenance Planner with us, you'll:

- Dive into exciting projects: Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and schedule equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring optimal efficiency and mínimal downtime. Jump in and lend a hand when an extra person is needed for large projects. Share your experience and expertise and help technicians navigate new challenges.
- Be the backbone of our operation: Your meticulous planning and attention to detail will keep our maintenance workflow on track, maximizing productivity and minimizing disruptions. Manage the spare parts inventory and utilize the CMMS to track locations.
- Work in a supportive atmosphere: Join a team that values your expertise and fosters a culture of teamwork and creativity. Work closely with our production team to maximize maintenance efficiencies and collaborate on new solutions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of previous experience in maintenance planning
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Plastics industry experience is preferred
- Strong industrial maintenance experience is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
